Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete all data connected to your Messenger conversation in any of these ways:

1. Reply DELETE in the conversation with the page. Your data is removed within 7 days and you receive a confirmation.
2. Email [email protected] with the name of the page you messaged.
3. Remove the app from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites). Meta then sends us a deletion request that we process automatically.

Deletion covers your profile data, message history and any preferences stored for you. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you may be kept.
